IMPORTANT NOTICE: SCHEDULED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE FROM 3 to 6 JULY 2026

Please be advised that the RAKEZ systems will undergo scheduled maintenance from 3 July 2026, 12:00 PM to 6 July 2026, 8:00 AM.

During this period, you can continue to apply and pay for services through the RAKEZ Portal 360 or Agent Portal. However, The RAKEZ Mobile App will be temporarily unavailable.

Please note that during this time, processing of the service may take longer than usual. As such, we encourage you to complete any requests in advance to avoid disruption.
