Criteria

• Property must be worth at least AED 2 million (off-plan or complete).
• Multiple properties can be combined to meet the AED 2 million minimum.

Required Documents

• Applicant’s passport with at least 6 months' validity.
• A recent passport-sized color photograph with a white background.
• Health Insurance issued by one of the approved providers.
• National Identity Card (if applicable): Applicants from Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, or Pakistan must provide a copy of their home country national identity card.
• Must provide one of the following:
  • Evaluation Letter from Real Estate Registration Department addressed to RAK Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security
  • Sales and purchase agreement signed and stamped by Real Estate Developer (for off-plan Property)

Important Note

The applicant must be inside the UAE when submitting the visa request.
