Criteria

Meet at least one of the following:
- AED 2 million share capital per shareholder
- AED 2 million deposit in investment funds
Required Documents
- Applicant’s passport with at least 6 months' validity.
- A recent passport-sized color photograph with a white background.
- Health Insurance issued by one of the approved providers.
- National Identity Card (if applicable): Applicants from Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, or Pakistan must provide a copy of their home country national identity card.
- Must provide one of the following:
  - Proof of deposit and investment funds (letter from the bank addressed to Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security confirming the deposit value)
  - Proof of capital investment of AED 2 million along with the past 6 months' bank statements of personal and corporate accounts
  - Proof of tax payment (letter from the Federal tax authority addressed to ICP confirming the total tax payment)
Important Note

The applicant must be inside the UAE when submitting the visa request.
