Criteria

The candidate must be on a project value is not less than AED 500,000
Required Documents
- Applicant’s passport with at least 6 months' validity.
- A recent passport-sized color photograph with a white background.
- Health Insurance issued by one of the approved providers.
- National Identity Card (if applicable): Applicants from Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, or Pakistan must provide a copy of their home country national identity card.
- Must provide one of the following:
  - A letter from an auditor in the UAE stating that the project value is not less than AED 500,000 (project owner)
  - Provide a letter from the authorities in the emirate stating that the project is of a technical or future nature in which leadership is achieved (project owner)
  - Provide a letter from an accredited business incubator in the UAE to establish the proposed activity in the country (founder of a project)
Important Note

The applicant must be inside the UAE when submitting the visa request.
