TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
  • No transfers or refunds are applicable for any existing remaining balances or deposits in clients’ account.
  • An Undertaking Letter will be requested in case any No Objection Certificates (NOC) from UAE government authorities are required.
  • All companies must appoint a manager for the company. The manager can obtain a visa from RAKEZ if required; unless the manager has an existing visa issued in the UAE from another party.
  • All companies must update their company records and contact details with RAKEZ.
  • All companies must clean up their visa records status (i.e. cancel any valid or expired visas that are no longer required).
  • The promo is applicable to clients with Flexi and office facilities only.
  • The Fresh Start Programme does not waive UAE government authority or third-party penalties or fees. Companies must settle all government authority penalties and fees, if applicable.
