  • For short-term or full-term OFC (Occupational First Category), an annual charge will be applicable based on the risk level of the customer's license. The charges are as follows: High-risk – AED 5,000, Medium-risk – AED 2,500, Low-risk – AED 1,000
  • If the client wants to build structures on the leased facility during the term of the lease agreement, they should obtain prior written approval from RAKEZ, RAK Civil Defense and GRA, wherever applicable. Once the approval is obtained, both parties shall enter into a Musataha agreement (or its equivalent)
  • Existing clients leasing open yards can only use it as an add-on or secondary facility. Substitution/downgrade of existing facilities with RAKEZ will not be permitted
  • VAT will be applicable for non-RAKEZ licensed customers including RAK DED licensed customers
  • Existing RAKEZ lease agreement templates and leasing management policy will be applicable for this offering
  • Sub-leasing will not be permitted
  • No grace period will be permitted
  • Client should not exceed the limit of site plan without approval/revision of lease agreement from RAKEZ
  • Leased facility to be included in client’s insurance policy
  • Creating security interest over the leased facility will not be permitted
  • Client must comply with the RAKEZ Development department’s rules and regulations where applicable, including but not limited to setbacks
  • Relevant TSS fees will be applicable
  • Client must comply with external authorities’ requirements, wherever applicable
