Business Plan

Academic Certificate / Student Enrolment Confirmation

Passport copies of each individual (Shareholder/s and General Manager)

Original NOC will be required if the appointed General Manager has a valid UAE Residence Visa

MAKE THE PAYMENT

Cash at any of the RAKEZ offices in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Cheque addressed to Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, submitted to any of the RAKEZ offices

Bank transfer to the account detailed in your invoice

Online; by following the cutomised link on your invoice

  1. Shareholder(s) and manager should be 21 to 26 years old.
  2. The shareholder(s) should either be a final year student or a recent graduate (those who graduated from a UAE registered university within three years from the date of availing the package).
  3. The offer is applicable only to students or graduates of Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree programmes.
  4. For students, the university identification card and enrolment letter are required. On the other hand, recent graduates are required to submit a degree copy. The original degree will be verified during the registration process.
  5. At the time of renewal, individuals must provide an updated proof as a continuing student or the graduation diploma to be eligible for the same package.
  6. Mubader Package is a special package that is offered to young entrepreneurs at a discounted rate, and this offer is only valid three years from the date of registration. Standard RAKEZ package prices apply starting the 4th year.
  7. Mubader Package comes with shared workstations (Flexi facilities) only. If the company applies for a facility upgrade to a standard office or higher, standard RAKEZ charges will apply.
  8. Mubader Package only allows individuals to register their company as a free zone entity. Local/foreign branch or subsidiary cannot be established under the package.
  9. Bachelor’s degree or higher is required for the manager.
  10. For special activities and additional licence, standard RAKEZ charges and conditions will apply.
  11. If the basic criteria for Mubader Package is not met, standard charges will apply.
  12. Investor and manager visas are applicable as per RAKEZ standard policy.
