10-YEAR INVESTOR VISA
Notes:
- The long-term visa eligibility can be extended to spouse and children
- The long-term visa eligibility can be extended to one executive director, and one
consultant sponsored by the same company
- The investor will be eligible to apply for up to 3 visas from the domestic help

An investor applying for this category should fit one of these conditions:
- Owns a UAE company with a capital of AED 10 million or more
- Partner in a UAE company with a share value of AED 10 million or more
- Has a UAE-based investment fund with a deposit of AED 10 million or more
- Has a UAE-based investment fund with a deposit of AED 6 million or more and owns a
UAE based property of a gross value of 4 million or above

The invested capital indicated should not be on a loan basis

HOW TO APPLY FOR LONG-TERM VISA?
SUBMISSION OF REQUEST

CANCELATION OF CURRENT VISA
This step is only applicable if the applicant has a valid UAE visa.
Upon, receiving a confirmation on the acceptance of the Immigration Authority, you will be requested to make a cancellation request for your current UAE visa through any of RAKEZ Service Centres. Once the visa is cancelled, RAKEZ will apply for a new entry permit on your behalf.
ISSUANCE OF ENTRY PERMIT
This step is only applicable if the applicant does NOT have a valid UAE visa.
RAKEZ will apply for your entry permit on your behalf.
STATUS CHANGE/ENTER THE UAE
Upon receiving the entry permit, if you are already in the UAE, you may visit any of RAKEZ Service Centres to apply for a status change. However, if you are outside of UAE, you may use the entry permit to enter the country.
MEDICAL TEST & EMIRATES ID
Once you have received the status change or have entered the country, you may visit any of RAKEZ Service Centres, to proceed with the medical testing and Emirates ID issuance.
VISA STAMPING
When the medical result is received, RAKEZ will stamp your long-term UAE Residence Visa in your passport.
