RAKEZ welcomes over 120 Adam Global Members
Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), along with other government entities in Ras Al Khaimah, have recently welcomed over 120 Adam Global members from different parts of the world. Adam Global is one of the world’s largest multidisciplinary networks of independent members of legal, accounting and consulting firms.
Held in DoubleTree by Hilton Al Marjan Island, the event highlighted the advantages offered by Ras Al Khaimah as a place to live and do business in. It gathered key decision makers, entrepreneurs, influencers and board executives from the disciplines of finance, investment, accounting, taxation, law, immigration, strategic advisory and education.
RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad kicked off the event by warmly welcoming the guest and providing a sneak peak of the event’s programme. Mohammed Khater from RAK Tourism Development Authority (RAK TDA) stepped on the stage right after the RAKEZ Group CEO’s speech to introduce Ras Al Khaimah as a wonderful tourism destination.
This was followed by a presentation by George Saad and Bilijana Halim from Marjan, which focused on the benefits of investing in Al Marjan Island. The event continued with the RAKEZ team introducing the economic zone’s cost-effective business and industrial ecosystem.
Adam Global members were able to get their questions addressed by the speakers during the Q&A portion. They were also toured by the RAKEZ team to Al Hamra Industrial Zone, providing a first-hand experience of the industrial solutions and environment RAKEZ offers to global investors.
The full day visit of Adam Global members to Ras Al Khaimah was part of the Adam Global’s International Business Conference and AGM 2018 which took place in Dubai.
