UAE Prime Minister’s Office awards 4-star rating to RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Hamra
Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) Service Centre – Al Hamra has been awarded with a 4-star rating by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Prime Minister’s Star Rating Program for Service Centres for its commitment to delivering high-quality services to its clients. The 4-star plaque was placed at the entrance of the service centre during an awarding ceremony in the presence of RAKEZ Chairman His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi.
The Star Rating Program evaluates the performance of a government organisation’s service centre through an in-depth appraisal process that includes a site visit. RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Hamra was assessed in eight criteria, and scored the highest for ‘Service Channels’, reflecting its effectiveness in reaching and communicating with its clients.
RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad, said: “Over the years, we have shown a strong commitment to offering the best experience to our clients, and this year, our efforts have materialised through the prestigious 4-star rating given by the government to our newly launched service centre. This is yet another achievement for us, especially for our team in Al Hamra – who every day perform their best in communicating with and serving our valued clients.”
First of the three service centres launched by RAKEZ this year, RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Hamra began serving the economic zone’s clients in January 2018. Equipped with a highly trained frontline team and first-class technology, the service centre is a one-stop shop that gathers all RAKEZ services under one roof – from licensing, leasing, and visa services as well as other government-related services.
“It makes me really proud that RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Hamra has immediately gained a reputation for its fast and seamless service delivery. In just a short span, it has become a focal point for customers and an indispensable part of the RAKEZ infrastructure and services,” Mr Jallad added.
The 4-star rating complements RAKEZ’s recent win at fDi’s Global Free Zone of the Year Awards 2018 for reducing red tapes.
