COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

The health, safety and well-being of our clients, visitors and colleagues is foremost in our minds as we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak.

All RAKEZ Service Centres and offices are currently open for business as usual, however, we strongly advise you to avoid visiting public and crowded places. Alternatively, we encourage you to submit your service requests through Portal 360 instead of the RAKEZ Service Centres.

You can access the portal by clicking here. If you still do not have access, all you have to do is click here and follow the quick and easy steps to obtain your log in details and get started.

As for value-added services, you can contact mazeed@rakez.com and our Mazeed team will be happy to serve you remotely with document collection and drop off, translations, attestations, courier services, and more, while you enjoy the comfort and safety of your home.

Visiting our Service Centres

In case there is a need for you to visit one of our service centres, and to ensure that everyone entering the premises do not pose a health risk to others, all visitors will be scanned with a “Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer” and will be asked to fill a Health/Travel Declaration Form.

Visitors experiencing flu-like symptoms and/or visitor who have been to high-risk countries in recent days will be asked to share their contact details with us, and a RAKEZ representative will contact them to extend the required support remotely.

Thank you for your cooperation.
