Maxtron Show Lighting (MSL)
Founded by Karl Renoldi
Clients across every continent
Maxtron SL was founded in 2003 by Karl Renoldi, whose long-standing experience in the amusement industry exposed a critical gap in the market: most lighting technologies were low-quality, short-lived, and environmentally wasteful. Determined to change this, Maxtron developed high-reliability, modular LED systems designed to withstand harsh environments while reducing waste and maintenance costs.
What began as a response to industry frustration soon evolved into a mission—creating dependable, energy-efficient lighting solutions for amusement parks, architectural structures and large-scale installations worldwide.
“Longevity and waste reduction have always been at the heart of Maxtron. We wanted to create lighting solutions that last, not products that are used, discarded, and replaced.”
In its early years, Maxtron’s growth depended on delivering exceptionally durable lighting in challenging environments, from outdoor amusement rides to permanent architectural installations. Building trust with wholesalers, integrators and international clients was essential, and the company invested heavily in R&D, global certification, and modular product engineering.
As demand for high-performance LED solutions grew, Maxtron expanded globally, serving customers on every continent. Their product line, ranging from modular LED systems and plug-and-play units to advanced control systems, became known for reliability, adaptability, and long service life.
A key moment in Maxtron’s journey was the relocation of its headquarters from China to the United Arab Emirates. RAKEZ played a vital role in this transition, offering streamlined setup processes, administrative support, and a strong operational foundation. This enabled Maxtron to establish a regional manufacturing and distribution hub, improve production efficiency, and enhance global reach. The RAKEZ team’s ongoing support continues to empower Maxtron’s expansion today.
Looking ahead, Maxtron SL is positioned for further global market penetration, supported by its strong certification framework and multinational structure. The company plans to introduce more advanced LED modules, IoT-enabled control systems, and remote-monitoring technologies.
Beyond amusement and architectural lighting, Maxtron aims to expand into urban infrastructure, façade lighting, and large-scale public installations worldwide, continuing its mission to deliver durable, energy-efficient, and sustainable lighting solutions for the next generation.
