DEADLINE OF ESR ANNUAL NOTIFICATION SUBMISSION IS A FEW DAYS AWAY

In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No.31 of 2019, we would like to remind all companies whose financial year ended on or before 31 December 2019 to submit their Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) annual Notification to us by 30 June 2020 by clicking here.
