Customer Journey

  • Apply for entry permit

    Visit Portal 360 to fill the application form

  • Entry permit approval

    Applicant will receive e-visa (subject to immigration approval)

    Important for selected nationalities
    Applicants from Egypt, Nigeria, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, or Kenya will receive an Approval instead of an Entry permit and must visit the UAE Embassy within 45 days to complete final approval.

    Applicants must visit their respective UAE Embassy within 45 days from the date of issue to obtain final entry approval.

  • Activate your visa

    Inside the UAE - Rakez will perform the visa activation on behalf of the applicant.
    Outside the UAE - The activation will be done by the UAE immigration upon arrival to the UAE

    e-Visa is valid for 60 days from issue date

  • Complete Medical fitness test

    Complete medical fitness test at RAKEZ Medical Fitness Centre or at any UAE-approved medical center.

  • Complete your Emirates ID & Biometrics

    First-time residence visa request: You must complete biometrics at RAKEZ Medical Fitness Centre or Emirates ID Center in Ras Al Khaimah

    If you already have an Emirates ID: RAKEZ will submit your Emirates ID and residence visa request directly to Immigration for approval.

  • Congratulations

    You are now a UAE resident

    Important Reminder: To keep your residency visa valid, you must enter the UAE within 180 days of exit.

  • Original Emirates ID card (delivered directly to your doorstep or P.O. Box)

  • Employment Certificate

  • RAKEZ Digital ID card & Work Protection Insurance (WPI) Certificate
