  • Apply for visa renewal

    Visit Portal 360 to fill the application form. Applicant must be inside the UAE to apply

  • Complete medical fitness test

    Complete medical fitness test at RAKEZ Medical Fitness Centre or at any UAE-approved medical center.

  • Complete Emirates ID renewal

    Proceed with your EID renewal application

  • Congratulations

    Your visa has been renewed
    Important Reminder: To keep your residency visa valid, you must enter the UAE within 180 days of exit.

  • Digital UAE Residence Visa & Emirates ID (via ICP App)

  • Original Emirates ID card

  • RAKEZ Digital ID card & Employment Certificate (if applicable)

  • Work Protection Insurance (WPI) Certificate

  • Health Insurance (if selected through RAKEZ)
