This service allows applicants with a valid entry permit to apply for an additional 60 days, in case they are unable to enter the UAE within the validity of the initially issued entry permit.

Important Note: Selected Nationalities Requiring Embassy Approval
Applicants from Egypt, Nigeria, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, or Kenya who are outside the UAE can submit an entry permit extension request only after completing the UAE Embassy procedures and obtaining an e-Visa.

To request an extension, please ensure your initial entry permit has a minimum of 4 days remaining before expiry.
