This service allows individuals to update personal or professional information on their residence visa or entry permit, such as name changes, job title updates, or transferring a visa to a new passport of the same nationality.
- Visa must be valid for at least 7 working days to apply for Visa Amendment.
- Name changes for Investor/Partner/Manager need KYC update via the portal.

  • Digital UAE Residence Visa & Emirates ID (via ICP App)

  • Original Emirates ID card (delivered directly to your doorstep or P.O. Box)

  • Rakez Digital ID card (for visa position amendment on residenve visa)

For Name Change:

  • Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Recent passport-sized color photo with a white background
  • Attested legal document supporting the name change (e.g., marriage certificate, embassy letter)

For Visa Transfer to New Passport (same nationality):

  • Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Recent passport-sized color photo with a white background
  • Copy of previous and new passport.

For Job Title Change:

  • Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Recent passport-sized color photo with a white background
  • Signed experience/promotion letter from the company stating the new job title and salary.
