  • Submit the Request

    Visit Portal 360 to fill the application form

  • RAKEZ Review

    RAKEZ reviews your application & documents.

  • Immigration Approval

    and submits it to the Agency for Processing.

  • Tourist Visa Issued

    Once approved, you receive Tourist Visa (e-visa).

  • Visa Activation

    Enter the UAE using the Tourist Visa.

  • Legalize the Stay

    Exit before Tourist visa expires OR Obtain Employment visa & complete Status change / Apply for Tourist visa Extension.

  • Submit the Request for Tourist visa Extension

    Log in to RAKEZ Portal → Visa Services → Tourist Visa - 30 Days Extension.

  • RAKEZ Review

    RAKEZ reviews your application & documents and submits it to the Agency for Processing.

  • Tourist Visa Extended

    Once approved, you receive Tourist Visa (Extended Stay 30 Days).

  • Legalize the Stay

    Exit before Tourist visa expires /Obtain Employment visa & complete Status change.

Required Documents

Tourist Visa - 30 /60 Days

  • Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Recent passport-sized color photograph (white background)

Additional documents for specific applicants:
• If applicant is from Kenya, Personal bank statement for the last 6 months is required.

Note: Tourist Visa service for the below-mentioned countries is temporarily stopped (not applicable on Extension).
Uganda, Cameroon, Benin, Yemen, Somalia, Bangladesh, Sudan, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Libya, Ghana, Congo, Togo, Burundi, Ivory Coast, Afghanistan, Palestine

Tourist visa Extension - 30 Days Extension

  • Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Recent passport-sized color photograph (white background)
  • Copy of Tourist visa.
  • Scanned copy of Passport cover page.

Terms & Conditions

  • The company must have a valid license.
  • No outstanding dues are required.
  • Process starts only upon receiving all the required documents and payment.
  • The visa extension must be completed before the Tourist visa expires.
  • Non-compliance penalty: AED 1,500 for expired visa, license.
  • Visa issuance is subject to Immigration approval.
