The service aims to facilitate clients' request to change their lease records as per their business requirements (facility expansion/downsize) subject to RAKEZ rules and regulations.
Submit request
Log in to the RAKEZ Portal and submit your service request to amend your lease (downgrade/upgrade). Upload the required documents
RAKEZ review
The leasing team will review your request and documents. If complete, they'll approve it.
Internal Processing
The request moves to internal teams (e.g., IT) for system updates and verification.
Invoice Issuance
RAKEZ Finance will issue the amendment fee invoice.
Payment
Pay the invoice using available channels.
Agreement Preparation
After payment, RAKEZ will send the updated lease agreement for your signature.
Upload Signed Agreement
Upload the signed agreement to your service request.
Process Complete
Once verified, the amendment is finalized.
Co-working Agreement
Application form duly completed and signed by the owner or shareholder(s) or manager or authorized representative. (Available here)
Power of Attorney duly notarized or legalized up to the level of the UAE Embassy, if the request is submitted by an authorized representative.
