Amended Memorandum and Article of Association
Certificate of Name Change issued by the competent authority/extract from Commercial Register
Certificate of Incumbency (in case of branch or subsidiary companies)
Amended trade licence (if applicable)
Supporting documents must be notarised and legalised up to the level of the UAE Embassy if its non UAE-based company, or notarized by UAE Notary Public if it's a UAE-based company.
