RAKEZ licence is not mandatory. Any individual or corporate in the UAE can rent self-storage units.

Storage will only be limited to personal goods in an individual capacity.

  • Individual – UAE emirates ID, UAE resident visa copy and passport copy
  • Corporate – Valid UAE business license

    Note: The person bringing the materials to the facility also needs to present his/her Emirates ID.

  • Prior notice has to be provided by the customer to the Sales representative at least 10 days before the expiry of rental unit if they wish to renew. In case of failure to provide the notice, the same unit/s may not be available for renewal.
  • Individual storage units are locked at all times by a padlock. RAKEZ will hold a copy of the key/master key for emergency purposes.
  • RAKEZ will not provide any moving equipment (such as forklift). Customers are free to use their own moving equipment ensuring care to avoid any damages to the facility.
  • No sanding or spray painting is allowed within the facility. No on-site modifications to materials are allowed.
  • No smoking permitted anywhere in or around the facility.
  • Improperly parked, unattended or any vehicle left overnight may be impounded at the owner’s risk and expense. This includes vehicles blocking driveways or the entrance to the facility.
  • Children must be supervised by parents at all times.
  • No pets or animals are permitted inside the facility.
